Cancellation policy

Pre-order items are made in limited production quantities and are reserved specifically for each customer at the time of purchase.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, preorder purchases may not be canceled once production or fulfillment preparation has begun.

If there is a significant delay in fulfillment, customers will be notified by email and given the option to continue waiting or request a refund.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or shipping conditions.
